We offer free shipping on all purchases anywhere in Australia.
All items are carefully packed to ensure their safe arrival at your home and are sent via registered post where a signature is required before your item can be left, so please consider this when informing us of your delivery address. If no-one is home at the time of delivery, an “attempted delivery” card will be left. Items are sent on the next business day after full payment has been received. Please allow 3-5 business days for standard metropolitan deliveries. If you require urgent delivery, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to your online purchase so we can discuss your needs, an additional charge may apply depending on individual circumstances. We will organise an upfront quote and advise any additional fee.

As we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, please ensure that you read the description of each item, including details of its dimensions, age and condition prior to placing your order. Our products are handcrafted and sourced from artisans around the globe. Our specially selected pieces are made from natural materials and may have slight imperfections, some wear and tear, small marks, colour variations and some irregularities in the fabric or stitching. Rather than see these as faults, we believe it enhances their natural beauty, character and charm and this is why we they have been chosen to form part of our range.
A refund may be offered if you have purchased an item from Global Emporium and it does not match the description of the item on our website or you did not receive the item you purchased. All return items must be returned within 7 days from the date you receive your item. You need to present your proof of purchase to be entitled to a refund.
If the item is unboxed, not in its original packaging or damaged in any way, we regret that a refund will not be offered. All refunds will be applied to the card that was used to make the payment. The value of your refund is the product purchase price less the cost of shipping. Shipping costs of any returning item is the responsibility of the customer. If Global Emporium has not sent you the correct item we will cover the cost of the return shipping, if it is returned within 7 business days of receipt. A refund can only be made once the returned goods have been received by Global Emporium. Please allow up to 7 business days for your item to be received by us. Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable to ensure a safe and documented delivery. We do not take responsibility if your returned item does not arrive or it is damaged in transit, so please take extra special care when packing your goods for return. Upon receipt of the returned item, please allow an extra 1-3 business days for your refund to be processed.
We do not refund on items that were purchased under sale conditions or those items that have been discontinued.
