1. Store Credits
If you used a discount code, your store credit reflects the final amount paid.
Store credits are valid for 12 months and can be used on any item.

2. Conditions of Return
Items must be returned in original condition, with tags attached, and must be:
✔ Unworn
✔ Unwashed
✔ Unperfumed
✔ Free from makeup, fake tan, or marks

3. Postage Costs
Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

4. Sale Items
All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless defective.

5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
❌ Fake tan
❌ Lingerie
❌ Socks
❌ Earrings

6. Swimwear & Hygiene Requirements
Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons.
Hygiene seals must be intact for returns.

7. Shoes
Shoes must be returned in the original box inside a postage bag.

8. Additional Notes
We recommend using traceable delivery methods for returns. Global Emporium is not responsible for lost parcels
