Can I pay using my credit or debit card?

Yes, you can pay with your credit or debit card via Paypal. Follow the prompts on checkout.

Is it safe to purchase online with Global Emporium?

Yes, we process all payments via PayPal to ensure safety and security for all customers when making payments. 

I don't have a Paypal account, can I still make a purchase?

Yes, you do not need your own Paypal account to purchase from Global Emporium. We simply process your credit card payment via Pay Pal - just enter your credit card details when prompted.

How much do I need to pay for shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders within Australia over $150. A flat rate fee of $10 for all other purchases.

Will I be able to track my package?

Yes, as soon as your item is posted you will receive an email from Global Emporium with a tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

Please note we only ship within Australia at this point.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Global Emporium takes great pride in delivering each purchase as if it was a gift. We will happily customise your gift purchase, please contact us here prior to ordering to discus your order.

Do you offer a refund if I change my mind?

We are a small business and ask that you choose carefully as Global Emporium does not offer refunds for change of mind or if a product does not suit.

Who do I contact if I’m not happy with any aspect of my Global Emporium experience?

While we are certain you will love your Global Emporium treasure, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If for any reason you have a problem with our website, service or purchased item please contact us here

When can I expect to receive my order?

We ship all items within 24 hrs of your funds being cleared in our account. Items are sent via registered post or courier and will take an average of 3-5 business days. If you have not received your order within 7 days, please contact us at here so we can follow it up for you.

Can I speed up my delivery?

If you require urgent delivery, please contact sales@globalemporium.com.au prior to your online purchase so we can discuss your needs. An additional charge may apply depending on individual circumstances. We will organise an upfront quote and advise you of any additional postage fee.
